When should I replace my water heater?
If your water heater is more than 12 years old, you should at least consider replacing it. If you’ve been experiencing more and more problems with your hot water heater and you’ve been frequently repairing it, or it’s not functioning as efficiently as it was, it also may be time for water heater replacement.
Why isn’t my water getting hot?
