When we get to choose the system, we install the Flo by Moen. It’s one of the most capable and well-supported smart leak detection systems on the market, and it’s built to protect your home whether you’re there or 2,000 miles away.
Here’s what the system does:
- 24/7 monitoring — Continuously monitors for moisture, extreme temperatures, and high humidity throughout your home.
- Automatic water shutoff — Using FloSense Technology, the system learns your home’s normal water usage patterns. If it detects something abnormal, it can automatically shut off the main water line before damage spreads, even if no one is home.
- Real-time alerts — Get notified via the Moen Smart Water App, text, phone call, or email the moment something is detected.
